浅谈硫酸装置钒催化剂的升温和吹除 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了硫酸装置钒催化剂的升温、吹除操作过程的基本程序和相应的注意事项。催化剂升温操作应控制一定的升温速度,尽快提升转化器一段催化剂层间温度。吹除操作是将SO_3带出催化剂反应空间,避免温度降低后SO_3产生冷凝酸。热吹合格的判定标准是转化器五段和三段出口的SO_3和SO_2体积分数均低于0. 005%。硫酸装置钒催化剂升温和吹除工作对保持催化剂活性、延长催化剂使用周期具有非常重要的作用。 Basic procedures and corresponding precautions of vanadium catalyst heating up and blowing in sulphuric acid plant are introduced.Heating rate must he controlled during catalyst wanning and inter-layer temperature at first catalyst bed in converler should be raised as quickly as possible. Blowing brought SO3 out off catalyst reaction space to avoid condensed acid emerging after cooling down.Qualified standard of hot air was content of SO3 and SO:at outlet of the third and the fifth catalyst bed of converler were both less than 0. 005%.Heating and blowing of vanadium catalyst in sulphunc acid plant played very imporlant roles in maintaining catalyst activity and prolonging serarice life of catalyst.
