摘要 介绍了稀土焙烧尾气的特点及常用处理工艺,详细介绍了甘肃稀土新材料股份有限公司稀土焙烧尾气深度处理和SO_2综合回收利用情况。该公司采用CANSOLV再生胺吸收解吸法与一转一吸制酸相结合的工艺技术对稀土焙烧烟气进行深度处理,回收烟气中的SO_2生产优质工业硫酸。经深度处理后排放气体ρ(SO_2)<150 mg/m^3,氮氧化物、颗粒物的排放浓度均满足GB 26451—2011《稀土工业污染物排放标准》,副产工业硫酸27. 14 kt/a。 Characteristics and common treatment processes of exhaust gas in rare earth roasting are introduced.Exhaust gas treatment in rare earth roasting and comprehensive utilization of SO2 in Gansu Rare Earth New Materials Co., Ltd.are described.Flue gas was pro- cessed by CANSOLV regenerated amine absorption desorption method along with single-absorption sulphurie acid production to treat ex- haust gas in rare earth roasting, recovering SO2 in off-gas to produce high quality industrial sulphuric acid.After advanced processing,SO2 concentration in exhaust gas was less than 150 mg/m3, emission concentration of nitrogen oxides and particulates both met GB26451-2011 Emission standard ofpollutants for rare earths industry,with by-product industrial sulphuric acid output reaching 27. 14 kt/a.
