摘要
介绍了云南天安化工有限公司针对一期12 MW余热发电机在运行过程出现进相运行的问题,通过加入灭磁联锁跳停功能的主联锁的方式,有效杜绝发电机的进相运行,同时保证了35 k V中心变电力系统运行的稳定性。通过理论分析,阐述了发电机进相运行原理和危害。技术人员在现实联锁和保护基础上找出进相运行的原因,通过技术改造方案,完善发电机的主联锁,避免发电机出现进相运行。
Leading phase operation happening in Phase One 12 MW waste heat generator of Yunnan Tianan Chemical Co.,Ltd. is introduced.Master interlock provided with demagnetization interlock skip function effectively prohibited leading phase operation of generator, ensuring stability of 35 kV central variable power system.Operating principles and disadvantages are elaborated by theoretical analysis.Technical staffs found out cause of leading phase operation on base of actual interlock and protection, utilized technical transtormarion plans to pertect master generator interlock, avoided leading phase operation in generator.
