摘要
本文采用聚氨酯作为改性材料,对比了不同聚氨酯掺量(0%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%、7%、10%)改性高速铁路CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道CA砂浆的流动度、扩展度、含气量、膨胀率、分离度等工作性能以及砂浆硬化后的抗压强度和抗折强度等力学性能。研究结果表明,随聚氨酯掺量的增加,CA砂浆分离度减小,流动度、含气量和膨胀率增大,扩展度变化不大;抗压强度和抗折强度随聚氨酯掺量增加都先增大后减小;加入掺量为5%~7%聚氨酯可改善CA砂浆柔韧性。
In this paper, polyurethane is used as modified material to explore the performance of CA mortar of CRTS Ⅱ type ballastless track of high-speed railway under different polyurethane content(0%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%、7%、10%).Working performance includes fluidity, expansion degree, gas content, expansion rate, separation degree and mechanical property with flexural and compressive strength. The results show that with the increasing of polyurethane content, the separation degree of CA mortar decreases and the fluidity, gas content and expansion rate increases, but the expansion degree changed little. The compressive strength and flexural strength increases firstly and then decreases with the increasing of polyurethane content. When 5%~7% polyurethane content is used, the flexibility of CA mortar can be improved.
