基于空间权重的交通噪声空间分布规律及其与规划要素的关联 被引量:2

SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF TRAFFIC NOISE AND ITS ASSOCIATION WITH PLANNING ELEMENTS BASED ON SPATIAL WEIGHT

摘要 为探讨城市规划要素对交通噪声的影响,以盘锦市兴隆台区为研究样本,首先建立城市空间模型,按网格单元汇总各项指标,包括交通噪声及5项城市规划要素(建筑密度、容积率、道路面积密度、人口密度、车流量);随后基于空间权重分析交通噪声的空间分布特点;最后进行多种回归模型的比较,探讨规划要素与交通噪声的关联。结果表明,交通噪声在空间中存在聚集现象,容积率、道路面积密度、车流量等要素对交通噪声有显著影响,空间权重在其中起到重要作用。成果可使城市规划更好的对交通噪声进行评价与控制。 Traffic noise pollution is aggravated by urban development. In order to explore the spa- tial impact of urban planning elements and traffic noise, the urban spatial database was established in Xinglongtai District of Panjin. 5 urban planning factors, such as construction density, volume rate, road density, population density and vehicle flow, are selected to analyze the correlation of traffic noise based on space statistics. The results show that there is agglomeration of traffic noise in space. The factors such as floor area ratio, road area density and traffic flow have significant influence on traffic noise, and space weight plays an important role in it. The results can make urban planning better evaluate and control traffic noise.
