寒地城市绿色基础设施对第三产业影响机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 城市绿色基础设施作为城市生态社会效益的综合载体,与城市产业密切相关。当前城市绿色基础设施规划或产业规划相互独立,没有发挥好城市绿色基础设施应有的经济产业效益。本文归纳分析了寒地城市建设中的绿色基础设施以及产业问题,在研究问题的基础上,分析总结了基于寒地城市绿色基础设施与产业的影响机制,包含宏观视角名片效应,中观视角连接效应与微观视角下的激活效应的影响机制,并据此提出宏观打造城市名片,中观连接产业绿道,微观调整产业绿地位置关系的城市绿色基础设施规划方法。为合理构建产业适应的绿色基础设施提出了指导思路。 As a comprehensive carrier of urban ecological and social benefits, urban green infras- tructure is closely related to urban industry. At present, the urban green infrastructure planning or industrial planning are independent of each other, and the economic and industrial benefits of urban green infrastructure are not brought into play. This paper summarizes and analyzes the green infrastructure and industrial problems in the construction of cold cities. On the basis of the research, it analyzes and summarizes the impact mechanism of GI and industry in cold cities, including the macro-perspec-tive business card effect, the meso-perspective connection effect and the micro-perspective activation effect. Based on this, the paper puts forward the urban GI planning method of creating the city GI business card from the macro perspective, connecting the industry green channel from the middle perspective, and adjusting the location relation of the industry green space from the micro perspective. It is a new way to solve the problems existing in the construction of green infrastructure and industry in cold cities, and provides guidance for the rational construction of green infrastructure adapted to industry.
