浅谈中学生物师范生教学技能培养的改革与实践

On the Reform and Practice of Teaching Skills Training for Middle School Biology Normal School Students

师范生的教学技能培养是生物科学专业培养目标的一个重要方面,同时也是中学生物教学论课程建议的重要目标。本文从形成着实有效的技能培养团队,改革教育实习模式,实施多元化的教学技能培养方式三方面探讨了中学生物师范生教学技能培养的改革与实践措施,为创新生物教师的培养提供新的模式,也为如何培养学生成才提供了新的途径。

The cultivation of teaching skills of normal school students is an important aspect of the training goal ofbiological science major,and it is also an important goal of the course suggestion of biology teaching theory in middleschool.This paper probes into the reform and practical measures of teaching skill cultivation of biology normal schoolstudents in middle school from three aspects：forming effective skill training team,reforming educational practice modeand implementing diversified teaching skill cultivation mode.It providesa new model for the cultivation of innovativebiology teachers and a new way for how to train students to become talents.
