当前研究生教育质量保障体系的研究与实践中,存在着研究生教育本科化倾向、研究生教育中创新能力培养不足、导师对研究生的指导日益形式化等问题,作者结合本校的实际情况,形成了一套注重过程管理、以学位论文质量为核心的研究生教育质量保障体系,具有较强的普适性和较大的推广价值。

At present,in the research and practice of the quality system of graduate education,there are someproblems in the orientation of undergraduate education,lack of training of innovation ability in graduate education,andthe increasingly formalization of tutors＇ guidance to graduate students.The author has formed a set of emphasis on processmanagement,with the quality of dissertations,in combination with the actual situation of the school.It is the core of thequality system of graduate education.It has strong universality and great popularization value.
