This paper analyzes the characteristics of the course of ＂Production Engineering＂ and the challengesfacing the traditional teaching,and summarizes the main practice and experience in the application of ＂rain classroom＂ inthe course teaching.Three years of teaching practice has proved that ＂rain classroom＂ as a kind of intelligent teachingtool,provides a full range of interactive means before class - class - after class,which makes modern educationtechnology easy to integrate into the classroom and truly realizes the teaching mode of student centered.
