高校科研管理的问题及策略研究

Research on the Problems and Strategies of Scientific Research Management in Colleges and Universities

高校作为培养高素质人才的主阵地,其科研能力的高低与其科研管理的质量和水平有重要联系。如今,我国高校的科研管理与以往相比,虽然已经有了明显进步,但其中依旧存在一些不可回避的问题,对高校科研管理的长远发展造成了一定阻碍。为此,笔者在本文中深入分析了高校科研管理的现存问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决策略,旨在为高校科研管理水平的提升提供有效建议。

As the main position of training high-quality talents,the scientific research ability of universities is closelyrelated to the quality and level of scientific research management. Nowadays,compared with the past,the management ofscientific research in Chinese colleges and universities has made obvious progress,but there are still some unavoidableproblems,which have caused some obstacles to the rapid development of scientific research management in Colleges anduniversities. In this paper,the author analyzes the existing problems in the management of scientific research in Collegesand universities,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to these problems,aiming at providing effective suggestionsfor the improvement of the level of scientific research management in Colleges and universities.
