摘要
高校的自主知识产权对国家的科技创新具有重要的作用。但是,在高校科技成果转化过程中却存在较大的问题,并且受到诸多因素的制约。面对这些问题,本文以高校科技成果转化的特点和要求作为切入点,并根据这一过程中存在的制约因素,提出相应的解决对策,以提高我国高校科技成果的转化率,提升我国科技创新的能力。
The independent intellectual property rights of universities play an important role in the technologicalinnovation of the country. However,there are still many problems in the transformation of scientific and technologicalachievements in universities,which are restricted by many factors. Facing these problems,this paper takes thecharacteristics and requirements of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as a breakthroughpoint,and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the existing constraints in this process,in order to improvethe conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in China＇s colleges and universities and enhance theability of scientific and technological innovation in China.
