摘要
芬兰现代学徒制能力本位培训(Competence Based Training,CBT)能够获得长足发展与其完善的培训机制是密不可分的。本文基于芬兰现代学徒制CBT理念和机制,结合护理专业的特点,对护理专业教学驱动、教学思维、教学内容、教学主旨、教学方法、教学考核等方面的改进作了相关阐述,为我国高职高专护理专业教学模式改革、加快现代学徒制试点,提供了新的思路和视角。
The rapid development of modern apprenticeship Based on CBT (Competence Based Training)inFinland is closely related to its perfect training mechanism.Based on the idea and mechanism of CBT in modernapprenticeship system in Finland,this study did some relevant statements about the improvement of teaching drive,teaching thinking,teaching content,teaching purport,teaching method,teaching examination and so on,combing thecharacteristics of nursing specialty.Which will provide a new way of thinking and perspective to reform the teachingmode of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges and universities in China and to speed up the experiment ofmodern apprenticeship system.
