基于Pro/E和Adams的钻削加工中心光机三维建模、动态演示及运动学仿真分析

摘要 利用Pro/E完成钻削加工中心光机某款产品的三维建模、静态干涉检查,导入Adams完成该产品的动态演示及运动学仿真分析,获得动件组的运动特性曲线。仿真结果与理论计算吻合,满足设计要求。虚拟样机技术提高了设计效率,为该款产品的系列化设计和批量生产奠定了基础。 Use Pro/E to complete 3D modeling and static interference check for a certain product of drilling center bare machine, hnport into Adams to complete dynamic demonstration and kinematics simulation analysis, the motion characteristic curves of the moving parts group are obtained. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical calculation and meet the design requirements. Virtual prototyping technology improves the design efficiency, laid the foundation for the product series design and mass production.
