摘要
俄罗斯亚马尔地区环境恶劣,对在其井场作业的石油钻机超低温性能有非常严格的要求。为使得钻机能满足-50~+40℃使用环境温度和-60~+40℃储运温度的要求,通过对钻机总体布局、井架、底座、平移及保温、供热系统的设计、材料的选取,研究设计了符合俄罗斯超低温环境的ZJ70/4500DB型极地石油钻机。
Strict specification is required for drilling rig in ukralow temperature area of Yamal region in Russian. After selection of general layout design, derrick, substructure, skidding system, heat preservation and heating system design, and material selection, ZJ70/4500DB aurora drilling rig was developed to meet -50℃-+40℃ condition, also it can be stored and transported under -60℃-+40℃ condition.
