摘要
目前市场上甲醇生产方式各有不同,不同生产原料气中的氢碳元素比例出现偏离理论值的状况时,就需要进行脱碳或者补碳工作。焦炉煤气制作甲醇过程中原料气中氢气过量时,就会导致氢气的浪费问题。利用过剩氢气和工业生产中产生的二氧化碳结合制作甲醇,既节能又环保。本文从焦炉煤气制甲醇入手,简单分析焦炉煤气制甲醇补碳工艺。
There are different ways of methanol production in the market. Carbon removal or carbon replenishment is necessary when the ratio of hydrogen to carbon in different feed gases deviates from the theoretical value. During the production of methanol from coke oven gas, excessive hydrogen in raw material gas will lead to the waste of hydrogen. Making use of excess hydrogen and carbon dioxide produced in industrial production can save energy and protect environment. Starting from coke oven gas making methanol, a simple analysis of coke oven gas methanol production process is made.
