Application and analysis of two stage cementing technology for completion of JLD1032 well

JLD1032井是金龙10区块的一口生产井,该井完井水泥封固段长,地层承压能力低,并且存在多段油气层。为确保该井固井质量,对固井难点进行了分析,结合该井实际情况,确定了双级固井施工方案。双级固井对降低环空静液柱压力,防止发生漏失有明显优势,但是同时给固井施工带来相当大的难度,尤其是对固井工具以及附件的性能提出了极高的要求。

Well JLDI032 is a production well in Jinlong 10 block. The well completion cementing section is long, the formation pressure bearing capaciW is low, and there are multiple oil and gas reservoirs. In order to ensure the cenmnting qualiW of the well, the cenmnting difficulties are analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of the well, the two-stage cenmnting construction scheme is determined. Two stage cenmnting has obvious advantages in reducing the pressure of annulus hydrostatic column and preventing leakage. But at the same time, it brings considerable diSiculw to the cementing operation, espedally to the performance of cementing tools and accessories.
