套漏井复合堵剂法不留塞封堵工艺研究

摘要 套漏井封堵技术一般采用井筒留塞封堵工艺,钻塞工序施工时间长,费用高。采用不留塞封堵工艺要求封堵剂在地层里能驻留、井筒里能冲洗出来,常用的触变水泥浆封堵剂价格较高。本文针对水泥浆封堵剂不留塞封堵工艺的要求,开展复合水泥浆封堵剂研制和性能评价,选用市场价格较低的氯化钙做为前置水泥浆添加剂,添加降滤失剂的水泥浆做为后置封堵剂。进行了不同早强剂加量的水泥浆流变性能、静切力、稠化性能的测试,分析了早强水泥浆作为前置封堵剂的作用原理。通过油田工程应用,证明了复合封堵剂做为不留塞封堵工艺的作用,是实现低成本不留塞封堵的可行方法之一。 Case leakage well plugging technique generally use plugging process with jam. It spend long time and high cost for drilling. The plugging technology of casing leaking well without jam is required to be able to stay in the stratum and to flush out in the wellbore, and the cost of normal used thixotropic cement slurry is high. In the workover requirement of plugging technology of cement plugging agent without jam, the research on the multi characteristics of cement slurry is carried out. The low cost calcium chloride additive is selected for fast strength cement slurry. The filtrate reducing agent is selected for follow cement slurry. The rheological properties, static shear force, thickening curve are tested and evaluated in the laboratory. Analyzes the principle of fast strength cement slurry plugging. The application of multi cement slurry to the site workover is successful. It is proved that the muki plugging slurry is the useful for plugging, and it is one of the feasible methods for low cost plugging without jam.
