摘要
外腐蚀是海上设备安全的重要影响因素,尤其对于不锈钢设备,一旦涂层失效则会引发极为危险的应力腐蚀开裂。根据完整性管理的基本框架,对于涂层的监检测技术需同时满足涂层破损、涂层分层和涂层厚三个变量的快速定性和定量检测,本文正是利用红外热波成像的特点,对涂层破损和剥离、涂层分层的识别能力进行了分析,设计验证实验,对于红外热波涂层厚度测量、锈蚀减薄等实验室结果定量精度进行初步分析,认为红外热波涂层厚度定量精度通过大量实验拟合是可以控制在10%以内,能满足涂层质量检验的大多数情况。
External corrosion is one of the important factors to the equipment safety, especially to the staitzless steels because the dangerous stress corrosion cracking will be caused once the coating has been failure. According to AIM theory, the three variables have to been measured qualitatively or quatitatively by the coating inspection instrument, that is the coating breakdown, coating delamination and coating thickness.The infrared thermography is experimented successfully to identify the coating breakdown and coating delamination, and to scan the coating thicknesses. And the accuracy of thicknesses reading can be controlled under the 10% through the lots of experiment data so that the infrared thermography can been applied in the online coating inspection under most conditions.
