摘要
文章通过酰氯醇解亲核取代反应,使用酰氯试剂攻击姜黄素分子酚羟基基团,制备了金刚烷酰类及烟酰姜黄素衍生物。并通过氢谱核磁共振验证了化合物的结构。
In this paper, amantadecyl and nicotinylcurcumin derivatives were prepared by acyl chloride alcoholysis nucleophilic substitution reaction, using acyl chloride reagent to attack the phenolic hydroxyl group of curcumin molecule. The structure of the compound was confirmed by hydrogen spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance.
