优化环境加大高层次科技人才引进和成长研究

现阶段人才和经济实力已经成为国家综合实力的主要表现形式。人才竞争愈发激烈,对我国的社会发展形势带来一定影响。要想提升我国的综合国力,就必须对市场环境以及用人环境进行有效优化,吸引更多的高层次科技人才。各个地区在认识到人才的重要性之后,积极采取措施来吸纳高端人才。然而,由于多种因素的限制、致使人才环境受到一定制约影响,无法实现对人才队伍的有效构建,这必定会对我国的综合国力形成一定影响。文章主要对优化环境加大高层次科技人才引进和成长进行了研究。

At this stage, talent and economic strength has become the main form of national comprehensive strength. The talent competition is more and more intense, which brings certain influence to the social development situation of our country. In order to enhance the comprehensive national strength of our country, we must optimize the market environment and the employment environment effectively, and attract more high-level scientific and technological talents. After recognizing the importance of talents, various regions have taken active measures to absorb high-end talents. However, due to the limitations of many factors, the talent environment is affected by certain constraints, unable to achieve the effective construction of the talent team, which will certainly form a certain impact on the comprehensive national strength of our country. This paper mainly studies how to optimize the environment to increase the introduction and growth of high-level scientific and technological talents.
