摘要
对碳纤维复合材料力学性能及结构设计要求进行简单论述,以汽车前车门为研究对象进行碳纤维结构设计及铺层形式进行研究。经仿真分析,碳纤维前车门的模态、刚度、强度、碰撞侵入量和速度均得到了明显的提升,并且重量降低了54.94%。
In this paper, the mechanical properties and structural design requirements of carbon fiber composites are discussed,and the carbon fiber structural design and ply form are studied by taking the front door of automobile as the research object.Through the simulation analysis, the mode, stiffness, strength, impact penetration and speed of the carbon fiber front door have been improved obviously, and the weight of the front door has been reduced by 54.94%.
