特种车辆转向液压系统设计改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济的不断发展,特种车辆的数量也在逐年增加,保障了社会生产生活的正常运转。由于特种车辆数量的增加,及其在生产和生活中发挥的作用越来越显著,特种车辆的安全性成了社会共同关注的话题,只有保障特种车辆的行驶安全,才能够提升其应用价值。其中,转向系统是特种车辆中的关键系统之一,加强对于特种车辆转向液压系统的设计和改进,是促进特种车辆性能提升的关键环节。文章将通过分析转向系统的原理,对特种车辆的摆尾现象进行研究,探索特种车辆转向液压系统设计改进策略。 With the continuous development of China's economy, the number of special vehicles is increasing year by year,thus ensuring the normal operation of social production and life. Because of the increase in the number of special vehicles, and their role in production and life is more and more significant, the safety of special vehicles has becomea common concern of the society.Only by ensuring the driving safety of special vehicles can we enhance its application value. Among them, the steering system is one of the key systems in the special vehicle, strengthening the design and improvement of the steering hydraulic system for the special vehicle is the key link to promote the performance improvement of the special vehicle. In this paper, the principle of steering system will be analyzed, the phenomenon of wagging tail of special vehicles will be studied, and the design improvement strategy of steering hydraulic system of special vehicles will be explored.
