高校督查督办管理信息系统的设计与实现

高校督查督办工作是一项系统性工程,随着智慧校园的建设,开发督查督办信息管理系统成为实现高校政令畅通、决策部署有效落实的重要手段。根据高校督查督办工作实际,提出了聚焦"互联网+"与微信平台联通的网上督查督办信息管理系统的设计与实现方略,该系统与微信平台实现信息同步更新、操作无缝对接,实现了督查督办工作的全方位、跨时空、多渠道,变督查督办工作从"被动"转为"主动",从"要我干"转为"我要干",从"部门督办"转为"全员督办",提高了督查督办工作实效。

The supervision and monitoring of colleges and universities is a systematic project. With the construction of intelligent campus, the supervision and monitoring information management system has become an important means to realize the smooth flow of university guidance and the effective implementation of decision-making deployment. According to the reality of university supervision and monitoring work, this paper puts forward the design and implementation strategy of the online supervision and monitoring information management system focusing on the connection of ＂Internet Plus＂ and WeChat platform, which realizes the synchronous updating of information and seamless connection of operation with WeChat platform. It has realized the omni-directional, inter-temporal and multi-channel supervision of the work of supervision and monitoring. The change of supervision and monitoring from ＂passivity＂ to＂initiative＂, from ＂I have to do＂ to ＂I want to do＂ and from ＂supervision by department＂ to ＂supervision by all＂ has improved the effectiveness of supervision and monitoring work.
