With the continuous development of economy in our country, the innovation of science and technology has promoted the progress of the electric power production industry. The thermal automation equipment has become the most important component in the electric power production process, and the intelligent transformation of the thermal automation equipment is a symbol of the level of electricity production. This paper studies the importance and necessity of thermal automation in thermal power plant, andputs forward corresponding countermeasures for thermal automation equipment transformation in thermal power plant. Finally, the paper summarizes some matters and details that need to be paid attention to in the thermal automation transformation of thermal power plant.
