摘要
轴荷设计作为车辆设计过程中较为重要的组成部分,在保证汽车运行稳定性方面发挥着非常积极的作用。在实际的汽车设计过程中,一旦轴荷设计不合理,就很难保证车辆行驶过程中各个工况下轴荷得到合理的分配,不仅会对车轴以及车轮等部位的使用寿命产生严重的影响,而且还会使得车辆安全稳定行驶存在着诸多隐患。只有在车辆设计过程中,不断优化轴荷设计,才能真正意义上实现车辆的安全稳定行驶。基于此,文章对特种半挂车辆的轴荷优化进行了研究。
As an important part of the vehicle design process, the axle load design plays a very active role in ensuring the stability of the vehicle. In the actual automobile design process, once the axle load design is unreasonable, it is difficult to ensure the reasonable distribution of the axle load in the vehicle driving process, and it will not only havea serious impact on the service life of the axles and wheels and other parts, but it also will make the vehicle safe and stable driving there are many hidden dangers.Only in the process of vehicle design, continuous optimization of axle load design can we truly achieve the safe and stable running of the vehicle. Based on this, the axle load optimization of special semitrailer is studied in this paper.
