摘要
昆明地铁6号线二期高架区间桥梁与既有机场路夹角较小,独立墩柱受跨度及地理环境影响无法布置,故采用门式墩跨越。施工期间,考虑到临近机场路实体工程结构外观质量及安全防护要求高、施工周期要求短、机场路桥梁空心板梁不能直接承重等特点,跨机场路门式墩帽梁施工支架采用预埋爬锥、安装托架、吊装贝雷梁、铺设防护钢板、搭设轻型盘扣支架的门洞支架方案[1]。通过27#、28#、29#门式墩现场实际应用证明,该门洞支架方案具有结构安全可靠、安装操作简单、占道施工时间较短、经济适用及对混凝土外观影响小等特点。
The angle between the elevated section bridge of Kunming Metro Line 6 and the existing airport road is small, and the independent pier cannot be arranged because of the influence of span and geographical environment, so the portal pier crossing is adopted. During the construction period, considering the high requirement of appearance quality and safety protection, the short construction period, and the fact that the hollow slab beam of the bridge on the airport road can not bear the load directly, the structure of the entity engineering near the airport road is required to be high in appearance and safety protection. The construction bracket of portal pier cap beam on airport road adopts the scheme of embedded climbing cone, installing bracket, hoisting Bailey beam, laying protective steel plate and setting up light disc support. Through the field application of #27, #28 and #29 portal piers,it is proved that the portal support scheme has the characteristics of safe and reliable structure, simple installation and operation,short construction time, economy and application, and little influence on the appearance of concrete, etc.
