摘要
地区电网线损管理水平是衡量现代供电企业经营发展业绩的关键指标之一。在既定电网规划投资建设背景下,挖掘电网潜在运行能力,通过对电网主设备如输电线路、变压器以及无功补偿设备的优化控制以合理调整电网潮流分布,同时开展站用电节能整治和负荷需求侧管理,实现了电网运行控制策略优化和线损管理水平提质,电网经济运行水平和节能效果显著。
The level of line loss management in regional power grid is one of the key indexes to measure the performance of modern power supply enterprises. In the context of given power grid planning investment and construction, the potential operation capacity of power grid is excavated, and the power flow distribution of power grid can be reasonably adjusted by optimizing the control of main power equipment such as transmission lines, transformers and reactive power compensation equipment. Energy saving regulation and load demand side management are carried out, which realizes the optimization of power grid operation control strategy and the quality improvement of line loss management. The economic operation level and energy saving effect of power grid are remarkable.
