精益流水线于核岛通风法兰预制中的应用研究

摘要 精益流水线施工理论源自精益建造思想及流水线施工方式,该理论结合核岛通风法兰预制施工工艺特点,通过对现场实际施工活动的观察、分析以及改善,为传统的施工方式注入新的活力,力求通过在核岛通风法兰预制的成功应用,以点带面,冲击原有施工理念,改变落实的施工工艺、变革陈旧的组织方法。文章详细介绍精益流水线施工于核岛通风法兰预制施工中的具体实施过程和实施效果,从而看出精益流水线作用方式能够适用于核电通风法兰预制工作,并具备在核电核岛施工中广泛推广。 Lean assembly line construction theory originates from lean construction thought and assembly line construction mode.This theory combines the characteristics of nuclear island ventilation flange prefabrication construction technology, through the observation, analysis and improvement of the actual construction activities on the spot. To inject new vitality into the traditional construction method, through the successful application of the prefabrication of ventilation flange in the nuclear island, to impact the original construction concept, change the implementation of the construction technology, change the old organization method. This paper introduces in detail the implementation process and effect of lean assembly line construction in the prefabrication construction of nuclear island ventilation flange, thus it can be seen that the lean assembly line operation mode can be applied to the prefabrication of nuclear power ventilation flange. And it has been widely promoted in the construction of nuclear power island.
