基于模糊综合评判的流通部服务质量评价方法研究

摘要 针对流通部服务质量的评价问题,首先采用专家咨询法确定各评判因素的权重系数,然后将模糊综合评判方法用于评价某一类人员的服务质量,最后赋予不同评价人员不同的权重系数,综合各类人员的评价值,得出对流通部馆员的综合评价。实践表明,该评价方法可以较好地克服现有评价机制主观性较强的弊端。 A method is presented to evaluate the quality of service of circulation department at university libraries. In the first place, the weight coefficient of evaluation factor is determined by using Delphi method, and then the values were calculated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for a given evaluator. The comprehensive evaluation scores were obtained based on different evaluators.The results showed that the proposed comprehensive method could overcome the subjectivity of the existing evaluation mechanism.
