摘要
采用反相液相色谱内标法,使用ODS C_(18)不锈钢色谱柱,以联苯为内标物,乙腈+0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在235 nm条件下对27%氧氟·二氯吡悬浮剂中有效成分二氯吡啶酸和乙氧氟草醚进行定量分析。结果表明,二氯吡啶酸标准偏差为0.017 8,变异系数为0.19%,平均回收率为100.75%,线性相关系数为1.000 0;乙氧氟草醚标准偏差为0.101 8,变异系数为0.55%,平均回收率为101.03%,线性相关系数为0.999 3。该方法操作简单、快速、准确,满足定性和定量分析要求。
An analytical method for detection of oxyfluorfen + clopyralid 27% SC was established by RP-HPLC on ODS C18 column. Acetonitrile + phosphoric acid solution (0.1%) was used as mobile phase, biphenyl was used as internal standard. The results showed that the average recoveries of clopyralid and oxyfluorfen were 100.75% and 101.03%, the standard deviations were 0.017 8 and 0.1018, the variation coefficients were 0.19% and 0.55%, the linear correlation coefficients were 1.000 0 and 0.999 3. The method was simple, rapid and accurate enough to analyze oxyfluorfen + clopyralid 27% SC.
