腰椎间盘CT资料的微机三维分析思路──用于脊柱旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究

A Computer Analysing Thought on CT Images of Lumbar Disc-Applied in the clinical study of spinal manipulation on the patient with lumbar disc protrusion

脊柱旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的机制问题一直是学术界有争议的问题，其中关于手法对突出髓核形态的影响是争论的焦点之一。虽然CT、MRI为我们提供了活体的突出髓接解剖学图像，位直接的剖面（甚或立体）观察得以可能，但客观、科学、有说明力的测量软件目前尚未产生。本研究从提供临床研究基础的角度、以临床经验为依托，构思并研制了分析和测量突出髓核三维信息的软件程序，为解决手法机制的临床研究基础开辟了途径。

The mechanism of spinal manipulative therapy over Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prortusion is remained debating in the medical world. One of the tough questions is whether the protruded nucleus pulposus could be restored or shape-changed by the manipulation. It has not been discovered any persuasive measuring software which can tell the truth, although we could easily got two or even three dimensional picture of the protruded nucleus pulposus by CT or MRI. This study is then productively put up a guiding thought of computer analysis based on clinical experiences, which might, somehow, leading a way to discover the mysterions effect of manipulation.
