对房屋建筑施工中剪力墙裂缝问题进行了分析,并对我国现阶段房屋建筑工程中出现的问题进行了系统性的研究。从合理的使用混凝土材料、加强对材料配比的重视以及加强对混凝土浇筑环节的重视等方面,提出了有效的防治措施,指出加强施工技术,完善施工手段,是提升房屋建筑质量最直接、最有效的办法。

This paper mainly analyzes the problem of shear wall cracks in building construction, and systematically studies the problems in building construction at present in China. It puts forward effective preventive measures from aspects of rationally using concrete material, strengthening material proportion and enhancing concrete grouting attention. Therefore, strengthening the construction technology and improving the construction means is the most direct and effective way to improve the quality of housing construction.
