TY02合同段位于甘肃省境内,是甜永高速公路的重要组成路段,该标段深挖路堑以黄土为主,地势起伏变化大,山坡植被覆盖率低,降水集中,易出现水毁、滑坡等问题,因而高边坡开挖支护成了重中之重。通过前期施工准备、方案比选,采用顺层开挖的施工方法,C25混凝土预制块拱形骨架支护方案,符合该地区的施工条件,解决了水毁、滑坡等问题,确保了施工安全和质量,提高了效率,加快了施工进度。

TY02 contract-section, the important section of Tian-Yong highway, is located within Gansu province, in which the section deep-excavafion cutting is dominated by loess. Meanwhile, there are also a lot of problems, such as, great ups and downs in the terrain, low slope plant covering rate, concentrated rainwater, easily water damage and landslide, which is the key point for high-slope excavation support. Through preliminary construction preparation and scheme comparison, it adopts the construction method of bedding excavation and C25 concrete prefabricated arch-skeleton support scheme, which conforms to the local construction conditions, solves water damage and landslide problems, guarantees the construction safety and quality, improves efficiency, as well as speeds up construction schedule.
