芬兰的教育理念对我国中小学教师的启示 被引量:2

摘要 在经济合作与发展组织(OECD)发起的PISA测试中,芬兰以其"质量高、差异小"的特点多次名列前茅,迅速成为世界教育的神话。教育高质量的背后蕴藏着多种原因。从芬兰的教育制度理念切入,通过观察芬兰教师具体的教育教学实践和班级管理活动,分析其教育教学理念、班级管理理念、教师制度三个方面的特点,结合我国中小学教师的工作实际提出切实可行的建议,以期提高我国教师的工作水平和工作能力,减轻教师的工作负担。 Finland, one of the best countries in PISA tests, has rapidly become the worldg education mythwith its "high quality and small difference" education. High quality of education depends on teachers' efforts. Thisarticle studies the Finnish education system concept, by observing the teaching practice of teachers and class man-agement activities, and analyzing the concept of education teaching, class management and the characteristics of theteacher system. Combining with the work practice of Chinag teachers in primary and secondary school, it puts for-ward some practical feasible suggestions, in order to improve the level of our country teachers' work and the abilityto work, which reduces the work burden of teachers.
