摘要
青藤碱是从中药青藤中分离出来的一种生物碱单体。近年来,其抗肿瘤作用受到广泛关注。青藤碱对多种常见肿瘤有显著的防治效果,其抗肿瘤机制主要通过调节信号传导通路抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导细胞周期阻滞、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤侵袭及转移,逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性及增加对化疗的敏感性等。本文通过对青藤碱体内外抗肿瘤实验结果进行总结,综述了青藤碱对常见肿瘤发挥作用的机制,以期为青藤碱的深入研究提供参考。
Sinomenine is an alkaloid monomer isolated from the dried rhi- zome of the genus Sinomenium actum (Thunb) Rehd. et Wils. and S. acutum (Thunb) Rehd et Wils. var. cinereum Rehd. et Wils. In re- cent years, the anti - tumor effect of sinomenine has been received exten- sive attention. It is suggested that sinomenine exerts significant efficacy on different tumors. The anti - tumor mechanisms of sinomenine include regulating signal transduction pathway to inhibit tumor cell proliferation, inducing cell cycle arrest, promoting tumor cell apoptosis, anti - tumor invasion and metastasis, reversing tumor cell resistance and increasing sensitivity to chemotherapy. The effects of sinomenine on common tumors were reviewed by summarizing the results of sinomenine in vitro and in vivo, in order to provide reference for the further study of sinomenine.
