工程建设企业“五化”模式提升竞争力的实践与建议

Practice and suggestions of “five-oriented” mode to enhance competitiveness of engineering construction enterprises

当前工业化和信息化深度融合,传统粗放的工程建设模式已经不具备比较优势,创新实施标准化设计、工厂化预制、模块化施工、机械化作业、信息化管理的"五化"建设模式已势在必行。通过调研国内外油气相关行业"五化"发展水平,分析"五化"建设模式成本情况及发展趋势,提出了工程建设企业下一步"五化"工作建议:坚持技术引领,发挥标准化设计龙头作用;全面对标先进企业,提升工厂化预制专业能力;创新施工模式,凸显模块化施工高效优势;研发引进并举,推广机械化作业广泛应用;融合产业升级,实现信息化管理贯穿始终。

Under the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, the traditional extensive engineering construction modes have no comparative advantage and it is imperative to innovate and implement the ＂five-oriented＂ construction mode of standardized design, factory prefabrication, modularization construction, mechanization operation, and informatization management. Based on the investigation of the development level of ＂five-oriented＂ mode at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the cost and development trend of ＂five-oriented＂ mode, and puts forward suggestions for the next step of ＂five-oriented＂ mode： adhering to the technical guidance and giving play to the leading role of standardized design; comprehensive benchmarking advanced enterprises to improve the professional capacity of factory prefabrication; innovating construction mode and highlighting the efficient advantages of modular construction; laying equal stress on research, development and introduction, promoting the wide application of mechanization; integrating industrial upgrading and realizing information-based management in the whole process.
