环氧树脂/氨丙基硅氧烷复合改性水性聚氨酯 被引量:7

摘要 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG-1 000)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为基础单体预先合成聚氨酯预聚体;采用二乙醇胺开环环氧树脂、氨丙基硅氧烷复合改性制备水性聚氨酯乳液。分别研究了环氧树脂、氨丙基硅氧烷用量对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响,通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、马尔文激光粒度仪和热重分析等方法对乳液及涂膜性能进行了表征。结果表明:当环氧树脂用量为5.6%、氨丙基硅氧烷用量为3%时,制备的水性聚氨酯乳液稳定性好,涂膜附着力为1级,铅笔硬度可达2 H,耐水及耐热性能明显提高。 Polyurethane prepolymers were pre-synthesized by toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polypropylene glycol (PPG-1000) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as base monomers. Aqueous polyurethane emulsion was modified by diethanolamine ring-opening epoxy resin and aminopropyl siloxane. The effects of the amount of epoxy resin and aminopropyl siloxane on the properties of the emulsion and its coating films were studied. The properties of the emulsion and coating film were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, Malvern laser particle size analyzer and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that when the amount of epoxy resin was 5.6% and the amount of aminopropyl siloxane was 3%, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion had good stability, the coating adhesion was one grade, the hardness was 2H, and the water resistance and heat resistance were obviously improved.
