摘要
依据当地VOC排放标准要求及公司节能目标,对涂装车间进行了减排、节能工艺规划。通过对涂装车间VOC排放工位进行治理,使VOC排放达到地方标准要求;通过提高涂装车间喷漆室循环风比率及沸石转轮浓缩比,实现RTO运行中天然气零消耗。
According to the local emission standard of VOC and the energy-saving target, the process of energy-saving and emission-reduction was planned. By controlling the emission station of VOC in painting workshop, the emission can reach the local standard. By increasing the ratio of circulating air and the concentration ratio of zeolite runner in painting room, the zero consumption of natural gas in RTO operation can be realized.
