摘要
某锌浸出渣中含银228. 24 g/t,该浸出渣具有粒度细、酸性强、银的物相分布复杂等特点。针对该浸出渣,试验采用添加乳化煤油选择性絮凝矿浆中的微细颗粒增大表观粒度,并通过洗矿调节矿浆pH值以及降低矿浆中锌离子的浓度。试验结果表明:在p H值5. 47的条件下,以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,丁基铵黑药为捕收剂,MIBC为起泡剂,采用一次粗选两次扫选浮选工艺流程,可获得含银3 439 g/t,回收率为76. 54%的浮选精矿。
There is 228.24 g/t silver in the zinc leaching residue, which has the characteristics of fine particle size, high acidity and complicated distribution of sliver phase. Aimed the leaching residue, this experiment used the emulsified kerosene to flocculate the tiny particles for increasing the apparent granularity of the particles in the pulp, in addition, by means of different washing times of the ore to adjust the pH of the pulp and eliminate the adverse effect of zinc ions on flotation. The result indicated that, adjusting the pulp pH in 5.47 conditions, adding sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant, ammonium dibutyl dithio phosphate as the collector and MIBC as foaming agent and using a flowsheet of one stage of roughing and two stages of scavenging for the silver flotation can obtained a silver concentrate with silver content and recovery of 3 439 g/t and 76. 54%.
