甘肃某碳酸盐型难选金矿提高生产指标试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 甘肃某碳酸盐型金矿选矿厂存在选矿指标偏低、尾矿沉降难、浓密溢流跑浑等问题。该矿中金品位为4. 68 g/t,主要以粒间金和裂隙金为主,少量为包裹金。含碳较高为12. 60%,碳为金的主要载体矿物。根据矿物学研究结果,针对矿石特性,开展了药剂对比试验、条件试验、工艺流程对比试验、清水与回水对比试验、生产回水闭路试验。试验结果表明:采用新药剂、新工艺均有助于提高生产指标,回水对选矿指标影响较大,使用净水剂硫酸铁可加快尾矿和矿泥的沉降速度,在添加净水剂硫酸铁条件下使用生产回水进行新工艺闭路试验研究,最终获得金精矿中金品位为53. 93 g/t,金回收率为84. 80%的较好指标,与现场生产指标相比回收率提高了14. 80%。该试验研究可以作为现场技术改造的依据。 There are some problems in Gansu dressing plant such as low concentration of ore dressing index, difficulty in settlement of tailings, dense overflow running and so on. The gold grade of the mine is 4. 68 g/t, mainly with intergranular gold and fissure gold, and a small amount parcel gold. The carbon content is high with 12. 60%, and carbon is the main carrying mineral of gold. According to the results of mineralogical research, the comparison test, condition test, process flow comparison test, water and backwater contrast test, and production backwater closed-circuit test were carried out for the ore characteristics. Experimental results show that the new reagents and new technology help improve production index, backwater effect on mineral processing index is bigger, and using water purifier ferric sulfate can accelerate the setting velocity of tailings slime, and under the condition of adding water purifier ferric sulfate the closed-circuit test research was carried out using the new technology of production water, and the better results were finally obtained that the gold concentrate grade is 53.93 g/t, with the gold recovery rate is 84. 80%, which has been increased by 14. 80% compared with the present on-site index. The experimental study can be used as the basis for field technical reconstruction.
