2013年-2017年广安市食品中食源性致病菌检测结果分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解广安市食品中食源性致病菌污染状况。方法 2013年-2017年在广安市辖区内随机采集16种食品,按照《食品微生物学检验》进行8种食源性致病菌的分离与鉴定。结果 2013年-2017年广安市共检测547份样品,26份样品检出6种致病菌共26株,总检出率为4. 75%。5类食品检出6种致病菌,其中婴幼儿食品检出率为10. 00%,肉与肉制品检出率为11. 59%,饮用水及直饮水检出率为18. 18%,烘培类检出率为5. 00%,中式凉拌菜检出率为16. 67%。结论广安市抽检食品存在不同程度的食源性致病菌的污染,铜绿假单胞菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、阪崎肠杆菌为主要的食源性致病菌,相关部门应当加强卫生监督管理。 Objective To understand the contaminating characteristics of food borne in Guang'an. Methods From January to2017,16 kinds of food were randomly collected in Guang'an,and 8 kinds of food-borne pathogens were isolated and identified according to Food Microbiological Test. Results A total of 547 samples were detected in Guang' an City during 2013-2017,6 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 26 samples with a total detection rate of 4. 75%. 6 kinds of pathogenic bacteria were detected in five kinds of food,of which the detection rate of baby infant food was 10. 00%,the detection rate of meat and meat products was 11. 59%,the detection rate of drinking water and tape water was 18. 18%,the detection rate of bakeries was5. 00%,the detection rate of Chinese salad was 16. 67%. Conclusion There are varying degrees of sampling of food-borne pathogens contamination in Guang'an City,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus cereus,Enterobacter sakazakii are the main food borne pathogens,so relevant departments should strengthen health supervision and management.
