形体是人自身素质的重要组成部分,各行业对形体都有一定的要求。因此,中职学校有必要开设形体训练课程。分析中职学校开展形体训练教学的意义,探究如何在中职学校实施形体训练教学。

The physique is an important aspect of the quality of the talents,and there is a certain requirement for the physique in various industries. As a secondary vocational education,it is necessary for the students to carry out physical training and teaching.Through analyzing the significance of physical education in secondary vocational schools,this paper explores the ways of physical training in secondary vocational schools.
