创新发展理念下的中学教育教学管理

Middle School Education and Teaching Management under Concept of Innovative Development

党的十八届五中全会提出"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的五大发展理念,其中创新被置于首要位置。在新课程改革的背景下,在深入实施素质教育的过程中,学校管理者面临着加强教育教学管理的挑战。因此,必须坚持创新发展的理念和立德树人的根本任务,全面实施教育教学管理创新,采取科学、合理的管理对策,应对新时期的各种"新常态",从而不断推动学校教育教学质量的提高,促进学校实现可持续发展。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the five development concepts of＂innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing＂,in which innovation was placed in the first place. Under the background of the new curriculum reform,in the process of carrying out quality-oriented education in depth,school administrators are faced with the challenge of strengthening education and teaching management,so they must adhere to the idea of innovation and development and the fundamental task of building up people by virtue. In order to improve the quality of education and teaching and promote the sustainable development of the middle school,we should carry out the innovation of education and teaching management in an all-round way,adopt scientific and reasonable management countermeasures,and deal with all kinds of ＂ new normal＂ in the new period.
