总体国家安全观下的反恐情报信息工作:问题与实践

近年来,北京"10·28"、昆明"3·01"、莎车"7·28"等暴恐袭击案件的发生,充分暴露出当前我国反恐怖主义情报信息工作在思想认识、基础业务、专业主体、组织体系、行为识别、情报搜集及资源共享等方面尚存薄弱环节。因此,必须坚持以总体国家安全观指导国家安全法治建设,充分发挥反恐怖主义情报信息平台的作用,有效开展反恐怖主义情报信息相关工作。同时,应客观认识反恐怖主义斗争的长期性、严峻性和复杂性,始终保持严打高压态势,坚决打击暴恐分子,以全力维护社会大局的稳定,确保各族人民群众生命财产的安全。

In recent years,Beijing ＂10-28＂,＂3-01＂ Kunming, Shache ＂7-28＂ terrorist violence cases,fully exposed the current China＇s anti terrorism intelligence work in the ideological understanding,basic business,professional subject,organization system,behavior recognition,intelligence gathering and sharing of resources the remaining weak links etc.Therefore,we must adhere to the overall concept of national security to guide the construction of national security and rule of law,give full play to the role of anti-terrorism intelligence information platform,and effectively carry out anti-terrorism intelligence information related work.At the same time,we should objectively recognize the long-term, rigorous and complex nature of the anti-terrorism struggle,always maintain a high-pressure situation,resolutely fight against terrorists,in order to maintain the stability of the overall social situation and ensure the safety of the lives and property of the people of all ethnic groups.
