膨胀型防火涂料研制及阻燃机理研究进展

Preparation and Flame Retardant Mechanism of Intumescent Flameproof Coatings

膨胀型防火涂料,指的是一种涂覆于需要被保护的基材的表面,在遇火时表面膨胀并迅速形成一层膨胀炭层的特种涂料。其主要用以降低被涂覆材料表面的可燃性、延缓热量从表面传递到基材的时间,从而提高被涂覆材料阻燃性能,达到防火阻燃的目的。近年来逐渐成为国内外关注的一个研究热点。本文对膨胀性防火涂料近几年的研究现状、阻燃机理及成分组成进行了综述。

Intumescent fire retardant coating refers to a kind of special coating applied on the surface of the substrate that needs to be protected, and the surface expands in the event of a fire and rapidly forms an expanded carbon layer. The main purpose of the coating is to reduce the flammability of the surface of the coated material and delay the transfer of heat from the surface to the substrate, so as to improve the flame retardancy of the coated material and achieve the purpose of fire-retardant and flame-retardant. In recent years, it has gradually become a focus of research at home and abroad. The current state of research, flame-retardant mechanism and composition of the intumescent fire-retardant coatings are reviewed.
