基于电磁学理论的乳化液质量分数与折射率关系研究

摘要 乳化液质量分数合适与否直接决定着煤矿支护设备的使用寿命和生产效率。针对煤矿井下乳化液质量分数检测问题,利用电磁学理论研究了乳化液质量分数与溶液折射率和密度之间的关系,给出了特定温度下乳化液质量分数与组元密度及折射率的表达关系式,并对在不同温度下配制的不同质量分数的乳化液进行了试验检测。研究结果表明,影响乳化液质量分数和折射率关系的乳化液特性参数随温度呈线性关系,特性参数1随温度线性增加,而特性参数2则随温度线性减小,且利用该关系式计算所得乳化液折射率在不同温度下与实测值能很好地相符合,为实现乳化液质量分数的实时检测与控制提供了必要的理论基础。 Whether the emulsion mass fraction is suitable or not directly determines the service life and the productivity of the colliery support facility. In view of the detection of emulation mass fraction in underground colliery, the electromagnetic theory was applied to study the relationship of the emulation mass fraction with emulation refractive ratio and density, and then offered the relationship expression of the emulation mass fraction with constituent density and refractive ratio at given temperature. In addition, various emulation with various mass fraction prepared at different temperature was tested. The research results showed: the characteristic parameters affecting the relationship between the emulation mass fraction and the refractive ratio linearly related to temperature, the characteristic parameter 1 linearly increased with temperature, while the characteristic parameter 2 linearly decreased with temperature. Meanwhile, the emulation refractive ratio calculated via the above relationship expression coincided well with actually measured values, which offered necessary theoretical basis for online detection and control of the emulation mass fraction.
