摘要
中国作为茄子的次生起源中心,其种质资源十分丰富。为研究茄子的遗传多样性,我们从自己设计的150对SSR引物中挑选出27对能扩增出稳定清晰条带的多态引物,对63份来自中国各省和10份来自国外的茄子品种进行遗传多样性分析。共检测到95个多态条带,每对引物的PIC值介于0.445和0.874之间,平均为0.677。品种间的遗传相似系数在0.424~0.938之间,平均为0.650,说明供试品种之间虽有一定的遗传差异,但群体间的遗传基础较为狭小。利用非加权配对算数平均法(UPGMA)所进行的聚类分析将供试品种划分成5大类群。本研究结果可为茄子种质资源的收集和利用提供参考。
As the secondary origin center of eggplant, China has rich germplasm resources. In order to explore the genetic diversity of eggplant, this study selected 27 pairs of stable and clear polymorphic primers from the design of 150 pairs of simple sequence repeat (SSR) primers after two rounds of screening, and then analyzed the genetic diversity of 63 eggplant germplasm resources from most provinces of China and 10 foreign countries. The resuits showed that a total of 95 polymorphic bands were detected in 27 pairs of SSR primers, and the PIC value of each pair was between 0.445 and 0.874, with an average value of 0.677. The genetic similarity coefficient obtained by using NTSYS-PC (version 2.10t) software was between 0.424-4).938 and the average value was 0.650, which indicated that there were certain genetic differences between the tested varieties, but the genetic basis among the groups was relatively narrow. Meanwhile, the tested varieties were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis based on the unweighted pair group method of arithmetic average (UPGMA). The experimental results will provide a theoretical basis for the collection and utilization of eggplant germplasm resources.
