农业有机生物质对菠菜生长和品质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Agricultural Organic Biomass on Growth and Quality of Spinach

摘要 以菇渣、水稻秸秆、羊粪作为有机生态型栽培基质,采用随机组合设计方法,通过盆栽试验研究了3种农业有机废弃物对菠菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明,添加不同配比有机生物质对菠菜的生长以及菠菜体内VC含量、可溶性糖含量、硝酸盐和草酸的积累都有显著的促进作用,随着羊粪比重的增加,菠菜体内硝酸盐和草酸含量也随之减少。综合比较得出,菇渣:水稻秸秆:羊粪=1∶1∶2时菠菜植株生长最好,同时可以有效控制菠菜体内硝酸盐和草酸含量,认为是一种理想的配比组合。本研究为解决畜粪便导致的环境污染问题,以及增加菠菜产量和品质提供科学依据。 Mushroom residue, rice straw, and sheep manure were utilized as medium of ecological organic culture, and random combination design method was applied to study the effects of the three agricultural organic waste on growth and quality of spinach by using pot experiment. The results showed that the application of organic biomass with different ratios significantly promoted spinach growth and increased the content of VC, soluble sugar, nitrate and oxalic acid. Meanwhile, with the increase of sheep manure proportion, the content of nitrate and oxalic acid in spinach decreased gradually. After comprehensive comparison, when the ratio of mushroom residue, rice straw and sheep manure was 1 : 1:2, the growth of spinach was the best. At the same time, it could effectively control the nitrate and oxalic acid content in spinach, which was considered as the optimum combination. This study could provide scientific basis for solving environmental pollution problems caused by animal feces and increasing spinach yield and aualitv.
