小剂量阿司匹林治疗子痫前期高危孕妇的临床效果研究

The study of clinical effect of using low-dose aspirin to treat preeclampsia high risk pregnant women

目的研究在子痫前期高危孕妇中采取小剂量阿司匹林治疗的临床应用价值。方法本次参照不同治疗方案对2017年2月～2018年2月期间我院参与收入以及诊治的62例子痫前期高危孕妇实施分组研究,一组纳入31例,参照组实行常规药物治疗,实验组实行小剂量阿司匹林治疗,对比计算参照组织和实验组子痫前期高危孕妇子痫前期发生率、妊娠结局、MAP、HCG、24 h proteinuria、PLGF。结果实验组子痫前期高危孕妇胎儿宫内窘迫0.00%、新生儿窒息3.22%、孕妇产后出血3.22%、子痫前期发生率3.22%显著低于参照组的12.90%、19.35%、22.58%、19.35%,统计学存在数据计算意义(P<0.05)。实验组子痫前期高危孕妇治疗后MAP、HCG、24 h proteinuria、PLGF对比治疗后数据,统计学存在数据计算意义(P<0.05)。结论将小剂量阿司匹林治疗应用在子痫前期高危孕妇中具有显著临床作用,可改善妊娠结局,减少子痫前期发生率,对于改善孕妇临床症状十分有利。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of using low-dose aspirin to treat preeclampsia high risk pregnant women.Methods Choosed 62 cases of preeclampsia high risk pregnant women from Feb.2017 to Feb. 2018 to divide into study group and controlled group with 31 cases in each. The study group were treated with routine medicine, the study group were treated with low-dose aspirin added.Compared the incidence of preeclampsia,pregnancy outcome,MAP,HCG,24h proteinuria,PLGF.Results The results of study group of rate of fetal distress in uterus was 0.00%, neonatal asphyxia rate was 3.22%,postpartum hemorrhage was 3.22%,incidence of preeclampsia was 3.22%,lower than 12.90%, 19.35%, 22.58% and 19.35% of controlled group （P〈0.05）.The results of MAP, HCG, 24h proteinuria,PLGF of study group were no difference with controleld group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Using low-dose aspirin to treat preeclampsia high risk pregnant women can decrease preeclampsia high risk pregnant women.
