肾性高血压的治疗进展

近年来,随着人口老龄化进程的加快及慢性疾病低龄化和普及化,肾性高血压的治疗逐渐受到广泛关注,相关的治疗研究也层出不穷,包括改变生活习惯、基础药物治疗、中药治疗及介入治疗等。但肾性高血压的独特性使基础的药物治疗与疾病本身相互制约和限制,很难发挥药物最佳的治疗效果,因此导管肾神经消融术和血管介入治疗再次应用于临床。目前,国内外对肾性高血压的非药物治疗研究日益完善,未来包括导管肾神经消融及肾血管介入治疗在内的介入治疗将为肾性高血压的治疗提供新思路。

In recent years, with the acceleration of the aging process of the population and the lowering onset age and popularization of chronic diseases, the treatment of renal hypertension has received increasing attention, and related treatment research has been emerging continuously,including changing lifestyle habits, basic drug treatment, Chinese medicine treatment, and interventional therapy, etc. However, the uniqueness of renal hypertension makes the basic drug treatment and the disease itself nmtually limited, and it is difficult to achieve the best therapeutic effect of the drug. Therefore, catheter renal nerve ablation and vascular intervention therapy are once again applied to the clinical. At present, the research on nonpharmacological treatment of renal hypertension is becoming increasingly perfect at home and abroad. In the future, interventional therapy including catheter renal nerve ablation and renal vascular intervention will provide new ideas for the treatment of renal hypertension.
